Hot Dogs
Hot dogs are high in saturated fat and can clog vaginal arteries, so it may not give you the extra push you need for sex.

Beans
Beans are just downright bad because for starters, the make you bloat, you may end up tooting your way to the bedroom.

Cruciferous Vegetables
Although it is the favourite vegetable to many, and despised by the young, broccoli, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts contain a certain form of sugar that cannot be digested, resulting to some excessive bloat.

Chewing Gum
Although chewing gum can be helpful if you’re trying to lose weight, the chewing brings air into your system, which is bound to make you burp more. If you want the freshness of peppermint, opt for peppermint tea, instead.

Red Meat
Steak may sound sexy – primitive and sensual at the same time. But red meat takes a long time to digest in your belly, and on top of a little indigestion, it’ll make you feel more tired or too lazy to get in on the action.

Licorice
Although a lot of us aren’t great fans of liquorice, it’s good to know that this candy can reduce the sex drive in both men and women.

Wine
We’re not saying that you should avoid wine altogether to set the mood. A glass or two is fine, but not a whole bottle. Alcohol will lower your sensitivity to touch and weakens your orgasms. Plus, it’ll leave you with a major bloat, and that’s not sexy at all!

Oatmeal
Surprising that the most healthy breakfast option is bad for baby-making activities! Oatmeal helps your body produce serotonin, of which is good, but having too much of it will lower your sexual desire.

Cheese
Dairy, especially cheese take more time to break down in your digestive system, which is why a lot of people tend to bloat or feel sick after having too much. So skip the cheese and other dairy products if you’d like to have a sexy night.

Fruits
Having fruit after a meal sounds refreshing, but if you’re planning to get sexy with your man, have the fruits an hour or two after your meal. Or, just have the fruits alone.
