We no longer have to worry about packing on some extra pounds because Westin Hotels & Resorts announced that the poised TV personality, wellness author and speaker Jojo Struys joins the Westin Well-Being Movement, a campaign to enhance the well-being of guests around the world.
Jojo will be hosting two exclusive Westin Wellness Escapes in Malaysia this year, offering guests healthy tips and a real-life guide on wellness regimens that promote balanced living.
“I am humbled to join the esteemed panel of Westin Well-being brand advocates across Asia Pacific, focusing on Southeast Asia where I spend most of my time, from staying active and eating right, to natural ways of healing and positive thinking whether at home or on the road, one’s lifestyle is the key to a happy, healthy life. Jojo, originally from Singapore, will curate two exclusive Westin Wellness Escapes, one at The Westin Kuala Lumpur and another at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa in the second quarter of 2016, focusing on the brand’s six pillars of well-being: Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well, Work Well and Play Well.
If you’re wondering what Westin Escapes is actually about, it is a series of on-site retreats led by experts in the fields of mindfulness meditation, nutrition, yoga, running and more including fitness classes, healthy cooking courses and panel discussions to keep you well informed.
