Your adventure into weight-loss is not just a matter of staying fit, but women are nowadays more demanding when it comes to their figure. Staying in shape is not only enough as we’re now hope to maintain the softness of our feminine curves.
Kim Kardashian, one of the most curviest celebrities of our time shared a couple of her tips on her enviable figure, starting with a high-protein diet, organic eating and most of all, a high-level fitness workout for over an hour. (Source)
These are a couple of healthy methods to maintain your feminine curves while losing weight.

Know Your Body
Different body types shed the pounds at different rates and places. If you know where you pack most of your weight, devise a plan on how you can effectively shed the weight without forgetting the rest of your body. Find out what your body type is.

Monitor Calorie Intake
Keep yourself well-informed with a calorie list at hand. Look into the average calorie content of what you eat regularly, monitoring how much calories you consume against the amount you burn in your exercise routine.

Eat Smart
Carbohydrates should never be dismissed in a balanced diet, but if you’re hoping not to compromise your intake, replace processed carbs like white rice with wholegrain carbs like brown rice.

Eat Healthy Fats
Having healthy fats not only helps you repair body tissues, but it maintains the elasticity and suppleness of your skin. Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, when eaten in moderation can reduce of cholesterol in your blood, helping you maintain your figure while lowering your chance of heart disease, and even preventing the formation of belly fat.
