We know how fussy women can be about their appearances, but apparently men are just the same. They worry about how they look more than health, relationships, family and professional success, according to a report released by TODAY/AOL Body Image.
In fact, 53 percent of the guys surveyed said they feel insecure about their appearance at least once per week. The only thing they said they worry about more often is their finances. And well, according to this survey, it’s also sex.
Here are more stats from the survey – 53 percent of guys don’t enjoy being in photos, and 41 percent are anxious about being judged on their looks.
Clearly, many people feel pressured and insecure about their physical appearances, whether you’re male or female. While it’s pleasant to know that we aren’t the only ones who worry about our looks, it’s also disheartening that men spend so much time stressing about it.
