If your New Year resolutions for 2014 include keeping yourself fit and healthy, you should start planning your workouts as soon as possible. 1. Yogalates
As its name suggests, this is a fusion of yoga and pilates that benefits your body and soul. Both practices involve attaining proper postures, correct breathing and highlights meditative mindfulness, hence, the synergy between the two would improve core strengthening, toning as well as give you a stress-free mind.

2. Bokwa
This is a group dance exercise that requires participants to visually draw letters and numbers with their feet. It is an energizing, exciting and addictive cardio routine that is perfect for all ages. If you’ve experienced Zumba, you’ll have a rough idea on how this exercise would feel like.

3. Jukari Fit to Flex
Using the specially designed Jukari band, this is a dynamic flexibility and mobility based movement program. It enhances and improves joint range of motion and joint health, muscle endurance, quality of movement and balance, as well as increase in core strength.

4. Jukari Fit to Fly
This is a workout inspired by circus acts at Cirque du Soleil and uses trapezes called the FlySet. It is a class designed with a series of movements combining cardio, strength, core training and balance for a lengthening and sculpting full-body workout. If you’re looking for something fun and dynamic, this is the workout for you.

5. Bosu
This exercise uses the Bosu Balance Trainer, which is a training device consisting of an inflated rubber hemisphere attached to a flat platform. It provides you with total body workout by helping you expand your movement capabilities, maintain balance, reshape your body and strengthen the mind.

6. Flyoga
Looking for a unique way to start doing yoga? Then try out Flyoga classes, where you’ll do light to moderate yoga exercises using a fabric hammock, known as the Flyoga hammock. Those who are scared of or have difficulty with traditional yoga poses will find it easier to do body conditioning and stretch activities with the help of the hammock.
