Top 5 Yoga YouTube Channels For Beginners

If you can’t afford the gym or a personal trainer, don’t fret because there are endless resources for you to get equally fit and healthy. If you’re not a fan of heavy and strenuous workouts, why not try some yoga instead? We’ve got a list of YouTube channels offering free yoga exercises which you can do in the comfort of your own home. Some of these sessions are also only 30-minute long, hence, you won’t need to spend such a significant amount of time if you’ve got none to lose!

If you’re just starting out on yoga, this channel is perfect because they have dozens of short videos teaching you all the correct yoga forms and postures. After you’ve mastered these, you can then move on to the more intermediate practices and sessions they offer.

Although the videos on this channel lacks a little in quality, her practices are very straight to the point and easy to follow. Her practices are usually one hour long but there also many 30-minute sessions available too.

This is a very big channel with stunning backgrounds and a variety of workouts and instructors. Their workouts lasts from 10 minutes to an hour long, so it is great for beginners because your body will be able to slowly adjust to the workouts.

Kino Yoga

Another popular channel is Kino Yoga, which uploads constantly every week. The exercises on this channel is based on Ashtanga Yoga, which comes all the way from India. Kino, the instructor in the videos is very easy and comfortable to follow, so it’ll be a breeze.

This is another channel with nice, soothing backgrounds and various instructors. Most of their sessions are one hour long and there are practices for various levels so it’s perfect if you’re just a beginner. Sometimes, you’ll also find relaxing music that can be used to accompany your yoga sessions.
