Fans and followers of Japanese fashion might want to check out this cool boutique that we stumbled upon in Publika, Solaris Dutamas. Camille & Madeleina has been operating for more than one year now, and it has been pretty successful in providing customers with uniquely hand-picked pieces from Japan.
This boutique lives and breathes the ‘Mori Girl’ fashion trend which started in Japan back in 2007. Mori means “forest”, and ‘Mori Girl’ trendsetters would go for more earthy, natural looks and yet still maintain the chic cuts and silhouettes.
What caught our attention at Camille & Madeleina were the printed backpacks (picture above) and cute dresses that have been imported from Japan. These cost between RM100 and RM170. They also sell funky belts and fashionable glasses that are produced locally, thus making the price tag of below RM50 quite affordable.
If you don’t always happen to be in Publika to check out the store, don’t worry! They are planning to open more branches in other shopping centres. For more information, please visit their Facebook page.
Camille & Madeleina is opened daily from 10a.m. to 9p.m.
