1. Hair Tea Treatment
What you need:
- 2 tea bags (black tea preferably)
- 2 cups of water
Instructions:
1. Steep tea bags in boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Let the liquid cool to a room temperature (you can refrigerate it, if you’re in a rush)
3. Pour the mixture over wet, just washed hair and rub it through as you would do with shampoo.
4. Leave the rinse on for 10 minutes, and wash and condition to seal in the silky results.

2. Berry Skin Scrub
What you need:
- 3 medium-sized strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions:
1. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and mash it against the sides of a bowl with a spoon, until it’s softened.
2. Fold in some honey and gently mix until it’s evently distributed among the berries
3. Using small circles, continuously massage the mixture into your face for 3 minutes, then rise with warm water.

3. Finger Food Manicure
What you need:
- 5 grapes (red ones and packed with more antioxidants than green ones)
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Instructions:
1. Slice the grapes in half widthwise
2. Dip the fleshy side into the sugar and use it to massage the skin around each nail for about 30 seconds each.
3. Brush away any excess sugar with a soft towel and rub a dot of grapeseed oil or hand cream onto hands and cuticles.

4. Frizzy Hair Control
What you need:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- Comb
- Plastic Cap
Instructions:
1. Mash up the banana and avocado together.
2 Take your comb and add the mixture to your hair and comb through. Make sure your hair is dry, so it can absorb more nutrients than wet hair.
3. Cover hair with a plastic cap and leave it on our hair for 10 minutes.
4. Rise your hair clean with cool water.

5. Feet Treatment
What you need:
- 2 tablespoons of cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon of mashed bananas
Instructions:
1. Stir the cornmeal and banana together until it is evenly blended. The mix should have the consistency of wet sand.
2. Massage the paste all over your feet, working it into calluses for about 30 seconds (or until your skin feels smooth)
3. Rise off with warm water.
