No matter how long you’ve been with your spouse, there is bound to be a dry moment when both you and your spouse are unsatisfied. Leading a busy lifestyle, having kids, having other focus can and will disrupt that passion that used to burn between you both. But fear not! Here are a few ways for you to reboot that sex life, and you don’t have to do much either!
1. Foreplay
It is never fully understood how important foreplay in any relationship. Foreplay is what kindles the fire during sex – in fact, it is probably the main importance during sex. When you’re in need of rekindling in your sex life, try putting full focus in the foreplay. Play around with each other for a good amount of time before going into intercourse. There are emotions and hormones that are stimulated during foreplay that will improve you and your spouses mood.
2. Back to basics
It’s all about the small things sometimes. Holding hands, kissing the night away… all the things you did when you first met. Put those moves back into play will make your spouse feel that little bit more special and it will also give you a boost of confidence when you realize those movies still do work.
3. Put your relationship in focus
If you’re relationship is not in focus, then you will never know when there’s a problem. When you can identify the problem, then you can fix it from there. Make your relationship a priority and you won’t need to find any other ways to reboot your sex life either!
4. Talk It Out
Talking is probably the best way to get around any problem that is affecting you and your relationship. State out to each other what you want more of in your sex life, and you can get to fixing it. This is probably the most straight forward way to settle any issue that affects your sex life. If you’re not the type who talks it out, then it might be time to. You can only avoid so much anyways.
5. Get sexy
Make that extra effort to look and feel sexy. Put on some lingerie put on new perfume… and just give that entire sexy-auroa! We know you’re spouse will love it – and you’ll enjoy getting ready too. Trust us!
6. Don’t put a time limit
When it comes to your sex life, don’t put a time limit on it. Sometimes, a busy lifestyle can lead to a daily 5 minute quicky at the end of the day, or before the day starts. This isn’t healthy all the time. Try to segregate some time on the side to really have some passion added into your sex life. You could do it just once a week, but spend a good hour or two in bed with your spouse. This helps clear your mind and it is also a satisfying need.
