If you’re hosting a party, you can always serve healthier snack options on top of the sinful serves. You’ll be surprised how excited people may attend to the healthier serves, which somehow encourages everyone else to take part in it.

If you’re already stuffed and people insist you eat or offers you more food and drink, you can simply refuse with a polite “No, thank you”. No one can bully you into eating whenever or whatever you don’t want.
10. Stop When You’re Satisfied
You don’t always have to finish whatever you have on your plate. So, as soon as you begin to feel satisfied with your meal, but still have leftovers, simply stop and if it’s appropriate, let someone else have it.
