One simple rule when it comes to peanut butter, no sharing involved! We all love the good old crunchy peanut butter that instantly melts on our pallets. We loved it so much that we scrape off any final bits of the creamy peanut butter from the bottle. Little did we know, apart from tasting great, peanut butter works wonders on cleaning, smoothening and concealing. Love it more now, don’t you? If your peanut butter has expired, or simply have extra to spare, try these out and you’ll be amazed!
Scratches
Wooden furnitures look great in any home or space. They instantly give out warm and rustic feel in ambiance. It would be such a bummer to see scratches on your wooden furniture, but what can you do about it? Well, just take the peanut butter out from your cupboard and let it do the magic. Rub some peanut butter (without bits of nut) onto the scratch and leave it to sit for 30 minutes. Rub away the peanut paste with a cloth and the scratch will have disappeared!
Leather
You may be having doubt on this one, but it does the job. If you want to revive the old shine from your leather seats or sofas, add some of the peanut butter paste (again, without the bits of nuts) to a soft cloth and rub this onto the leather. Your leather belongings will shine like never before! What’s better, your couch will smell like your favorite food too!
Stickers
How weirdly annoying it is to get rid of the sticker labels off the new plates you bought or chewing gum off your hair. This issue can be solved with the help of peanut butter. Rub some peanut paste on the areas you want to remove the sticker or chewing gum. Leave it to sit for one or two minutes and you’ll rub away the offending stickiness without any trouble.
Shaving
We’re aware how weird this sound. In any case you don’t have shaving cream with you, try shaving using peanut butter. It is rich in oils, which makes it very smooth and an excellent alternative to shaving cream. Your skin doesn’t dry out after shaving. Instead it is left soft and smooth.
