Bespoke event planners Tish Lifestyle partners up with Sitka Restaurant to launch Celebrate! – a series of monthly curated supper club aimed to create, provoke and experiment unique dining experiences by uniting food, culture, cinema and music at the newly revamped Sitka Eating House + Wine Bar on Jalan Batai.

Brainchild of founder and curator of Tish Lifestyle, Shermaine Wong, serial restaurateur and owner of Food Foundry, Feeka and Butter + Beans, Jenifer Quah, and award-winning chef and owner of Moonfish Café in the UK, Christian Recomio, Celebrate! unites the best of cultures, cinema and music with some of the most innovative menus paired with over 300 choices of wine, brought to life by Chef Christian.

For each monthly edition, Celebrate! creates an immersive experience where culture, cinema, music, food, and wine are curated under one theme. The original room décor and tablescapes will also reflect and enhance the theme of the night. Taking place at the revamped Sitka Eating House + Wine Bar, Celebrate! gatherings create a warm environment where people can meet and embark on a journey, sharing a wreath of knowledge, experience, and culture all through a 3 course meal.

“Jenifer and I met 7 years ago, and despite our differences in background, personalities and age, we had a shared passion towards good food, good music, good company and most importantly good vibes. We envisage each event as a private dinner party at home, paying as much detail to each little element in order to recreate the atmosphere of a cosy gathering with our closest friends. We love the idea of people coming together to share food, wine and their love of film, culture and arts.” said Shermaine Wong of Tish Lifestyle.

“It’s become somewhat of a commonplace to say that food has a magnificent power of bringing people together. We can’t think of a more rewarding experience than making people laugh, feel inspired or intellectually stimulated by the supper club we put together.” Said Jenifer Quah of Sitka Eating House + Wine Bar.
