Last week, we announced the winners of TripAdvisor‘s 2014 Travellers’ Choice Awards for 10 hotels in Malaysia. This time, we’re spreading out to the Asian continent to find out which holiday accommodations have gotten the best ratings from readers of the travel site. Whether your next destination is India, Hong Kong or Maldives, you should bookmark this article so you’ll know where to stay the next time you need an overseas getaway!

1. The Upper House, Hong Kong, China

An intimate hotel with 117 rooms, that also includes 21 suites and two penthouses. The design is modern yet welcoming, and reviews on TripAdvisor have raved about the excellent service provided by hotel staff.

2.  Gili Lankanfushi Maldives, Lankanfushi, Maldives

Consisting of 45 overwater villas that have been built to be environmentally friendly, you’ll have the best privacy while enjoying the clear water of Maldives. The private island also offers a diving school and other water sports activities.

3. The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur, India

Be transported to the days of royal Indian era when a boat ride takes you the resort of The Oberoi Udaivilas. The structure was modeled after a traditional Indian palace, and contains rooms with terraces that open to semi-private pools, and beautiful suites with outdoor dining pavilions.
