What’s better, Mangosteen aims to empower women with knowledge, education, and opportunities so that they would be able to lift entire communities along with them. As such, 100% of profits from Mangosteen’s products go towards empowering women and children in Southeast Asia. Over the years, Mangosteen has worked with various NGOs and has donated more than RM130,000 to Dignity for Children, a school for refugee and marginalised children in Sentul. Their most recent partnership is with WAO (Women’s Aid Organisation), and they aim to raise RM 15,000 through it. All of the products in the From Skin to Soul range are formulated ethically and responsibly, 100% vegan and cruelty-free, as well as free from parabens, phthalates, SLS/SLES, EDTA, DEA, MEA, and Mineral Oils. Additionally, Mangosteen’s products help support the empowerment and development of women and children in Southeast Asia.

Every dollar spent on improving the lives of women in poverty translates into exponentially improved outcomes for their children. From our small beginnings in 2013, we have been able to support 5 refugee children through 5 years of school. Last year we worked with Orang Asli women to produce hand sanitizers, providing much-needed employment in the midst of the pandemic.’’
