Get this, an African fellow killed his ex-girlfriend’s new lover and ate his heart.
A man frantically alerted his neighbours in Malunga Park, Cape Town, last Tuesday when he saw an act of violence more gruesome than anything ever reported in the area.
Locals looked through the window of a nearby home where they saw the murderer eating the heart out of a dead man with a fork and knife.
A resident said, “When we got there the man kept muttering ‘I am the king’ and declaring his undying love for the woman.”
The first witness had been renting a room behind the house belonging to the victim’s girlfriend.
The victim, 62, hired his killer to install new windows at his house where he was murdered. Police headed to the home at about 10.30pm.
The cannibal, a Zimbabwean, stabbed the victim on the left side of his chest and in his neck. There was also an obvious bite mark on the left side of his face.
A piece of the victim’s heart was hanging out of the killer’s mouth when he was arrested.
Police determined that the murder was committed out of jealousy as the victim had been dating the killer’s ex-girlfriend for over four years.
What’s worse is that this is the second time this girl’s lover was murdered by another as her former husband was killed by a man she was secretly seeing in 1996.
Pretty sure she didn’t learn her lesson the first time!
