Christmas 2011: The perfect turkey

So, we’re not going to lie but baking the perfect Christmas turkey is extremely time-consuming. If you’re attempting to do so for the first time, then here’s the dark truth; it takes a lot of practice to get it right. The process needs to be super precise. And that’s just baking it alone.

Let’s not get starts on choosing the right turkey, thawing it (and this depends on the size or weight of the giant bird), preparing the stuffing, roasting, basting, so on and so forth. This includes knowing when it’s done and calculating the right serving time (again, by size or weight). One wrong move and everything goes into the bin.

Too much stress, too much work!

But we hear Victoria’s Station is one of the best places in town to get the perfect turkey (made from the perfect 3-generation recipe)! Their turkeys are carefully hand-picked and generously stuffed to the brim with their very own recipe of chestnut fillings. Then, each bird is slowly roasted to golden perfection and the result? A non-dry, delicious, delectable and wholesome awesome Victoria’s Station Christmas turkey!

At only RM298+, you can now be the perfect host without having to be a culinary chef. And we hear that Victoria’s Station have begun taking orders (from 1st of December 2011 till 1st of January 2012) so start placing yours. All orders come with:

1. Chestnut stuffing
2. 10 pieces of chicken sausages
3. One tub of parsley potatoes
4. One tub of Victoria’s Station homemade turkey sauce
5. One tub of cranberry sauce

Note: All turkeys must be booked five days in advance and Victoria’s Station operates by takeaway orders only.
