MS. READ’S Fall 2015 lineup unveils the first capsule collection of a brand’s new Traditional Wear line, built for customers with a modest sense of style. With rich, colourful prints drawing on the works of glass artist Dale Chihuly, the inaugural six-piece collection will arrive in stores and online on this website end of July 2015.
This season, Chihuly’s captivating use of colour and emotion throughout his stained glass art can be found as a major influence in a range of wearable looks. In the same way, matching scarves have been introduced into the brand’s seasonal options as the perfect companion to these looks, either wrapped around the head or draped around the neck.
In a palette of amethyst purple, sapphire blue and contrasting black on white, these Chihuly-inspired prints adorn silhouettes pulled from Turkey’s Muslim community, where printed dresses and headscarves were a colourful, chic staple in everyday life. This Traditional Wear line has taken a modern look at how these garments can fuse feminine strength and grace into the life and style of MS. READ shoppers.
MS. READ’s Traditional Wear range will be available in stores and online at the end of July 2015.
