So, you get home from work and want to cook up a storm for dinner but realised that you forgot to thaw out the meat. Believe me, I’ve been there and it’s the worst, especially because you have to resort to take out food.
But what if we told you that there’s an ingenious way to defrost meat without having to take it out from the freezer and leaving it in the fridge overnight? Well, don’t worry as this method doesn’t require any fancy equipments. All you need to do is grab two metal pots, flip one upside down and place the meat on top. Then, take the other one, fill it up with water and rest it on top of the meat. Depending how thick your slab of meat is, you’ll only have to wait 5 to 10 minutes and BAM – your dinner is ready to be cooked!
