1. Refreshing Watermelon Salad –
You’ll need: Cubed watermelon, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crumbled Feta cheese, fresh mint, salt and black pepper
In a small bowl, add a pinch of salt and some black pepper to the balsamic vinegar. Slowly whisk in a little olive oil and toss in some mint leaves, then give it another good mix. Gently toss a handful of Feta cheese with the cubed watermelon, pour the dressing you just made over the mixture, then give the salad another toss. That’s it! There are no measurements for this recipe, so you can adjust the flavours according to your preference.
2. Herbed Garlic Parmesan Popcorn –
You’ll need: Butter, extra virgin olive oil, crushed garlic clove, dried thyme, dried basil, popped popcorn, grated Parmesan cheese
In a saucepan over medium heat, put in the butter, olive oil and garlic, then wait until the butter melts and lightly simmers. Continue cooking until the garlic becomes fragrant and add in your herbs. Stir to combine and remove to set aside. Place your popcorn in a large bowl and pour over your butter mixture. Quickly toss to coat all the popcorn. Add in the Parmesan cheese and toss again. Serve immediately.
3. Bacon-Wrapped Potato Bites –

Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water until you can stick a fork into them. You want them cooked through, but not fully. Drain the potatoes, put them in a large bowl, add the rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper, then toss until evenly coated. Slice the bacon in half lengthwise and start wrapping each potato with the bacon. Secure by poking one toothpick through two bacon-wrapped potatoes. Place all your little skewers on a baking sheet and pop them in the oven until the bacon is crisp and browned. Enjoy!
4. S’mores Dip With Graham Crackers –

Microwave the chocolate chips and condensed milk for about one to two minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted. Transfer into a larger bowl and drop the marshmallow cream into the chocolate mixture, then microwave that for about 30 seconds or until the marshmallow cream is softened. Immediately use a toothpick to swirl the marshmallow cream into the chocolate to create a marble effect, then serve immediately with the Graham crackers.
5. Frozen Banana and Peanut Butter Sandwiches –
You’ll need: Banana, peanut butter, chocolate chunks
