Pan mee is a Chinese version of a bowl of pasta. Fresh handmade dough, which is then made into flat flour noodles known as pan mee is usually served with minced pork, crunchy fried anchovies topped with a poached egg. The key ingredient for the best chilli pan mee out there lies in the dry fragrant chilli mix that is served with the noodles and the condiments. And this is one of my personal favourite comfort food of all time. We have listed down five of the best chilli pan mee restaurants in Klang Valley for you guys to try out. See if you agree with us!
Restoran Kin Kin
Kin Kin is known as the original chilli pan mee restaurant. Located along Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, it’s the first shop on the street with the huge yellow sign board. Known for their lethal dried spicy chilli flakes that will leave you wanting more, the pan mee made here is pretty hard to beat! Accompanying the robust chilli taste is their springy and chewy handmade noodles.
