Apparently, the 19-year-old personally spoke to Clinton and it sounds as if the former president was cool about it. Check out his tweet:

Justin Bieber needs to be put on a leash. We’re not quite sure if he’s trying really hard to be a bad-a**, but he’s taking it a little way too far.
In a video that recently leaked on the internet, a possibly drunk Justin is seen urinating in a mop bucket at a restaurant, justifying it as “We swagger man, you know.. This is just a little walk to piss”. Of course, Justin! People with swag piss in mop buckets at restaurants because it’s cool and that’s what “Wild Kidz” do.
Just when you start to pity this poor 19-year-old, he takes it a little too far and disses the former President of the United States, Bill Clinton. Not totally sure if the megastar’s simply acting out for the sake of doing so, but the boy really needs to reassess his image.
