It’s another brand new day ahead of us and energy is what we need to start the day. In order to stay energetic, breakfast is undeniably the most important meal of the day. However, we tend to skip breakfast when we’re running late in the mornings with little time for us to get ready. For some people, they skip the breakfast in order to lose weight but this action is more likely to cause weight gain than weight loss. It also causes gastric pain that would affect our health. Skipping breakfast also makes a person being less productive as the energy level is running low.

So, if you want to stay productive for the whole day, here are 5 hassle-free breakfast ideas that you can prepare in less than 10 minutes!

1. Breakfast Bar

Weekdays morning can get pretty hectic and sometimes there are simply no time for you to prepare breakfast. This is where breakfast bar comes in handy as they are the healthiest snacks around. Eat it with some fresh fruit or low-fat yogurt would provide you enough calories for breakfast as most breakfast bars range from 90 to 150 calories. It provides you the energy you needed for the day and a few bites can already makes you feel full!

2. Fruit smoothie

Fruit smoothie is the most popular last-minute breakfast among the workaholics. Just put it in your favourite fruit that blended well together and you are good to go! It provides the much needed vitamins such as Vitamin B & C for your body.  Popular choices for fruit smoothie are wake-up smoothies that contain stash of berries and yoghurt smoothies

Carbohydrates and fats are the energy source for human body. Hence, sandwich is the easiest breakfast that takes less than 5 minutes to make. For the healthier choice, choose wholewheat bread and layered it with eggs, cheese, fresh tomato slices and lettuce. Tuna sandwich would be a great alternative as well.

4. Parfaits

Breakfast parfaits is fairly easy to make as it only requires low-fat yoghurt and some vitamin-rich fruit. It is best to prepare the day before so that you can have a nice, chilly breakfast that tastes like dessert for you. We recommend berries parfait as it is the best parfait we’ve ever tasted!

5. Breakfast burrito

If you still have extra 20 minutes before you get started for the day, then this scrambled eggs burritos are the tasty alternative from the fruity breakfast. It is a great and delicious way to start off your day and it’s filling enough to last you through the lunchtime.
