I feel like I am fat. Someone once told me that munching on titbits would actually make me put on weight thus I have decided to remove every form of snack from my house. Now I am going through a bigger problem. I can’t seem to be eating anything at all and I am feeling extremely lethargic. I know I have lost weight but I miss eating. The moment I order something at a restaurant, the only thing which runs in my mind is that I am going to grow fat. What is wrong with me? Please advise.

From what you have stated above, it sounds like you are having an eating disorder. We do not know what was your weight like before but not eating is not the solution to your problem. If you want to lose weight, do it the proper way and start exercising. Not sure how you should start? Then start walking as it is good. Munching on titbits is actually not that bad depending what you’re munching on. Munch on healthy things and when the time comes for you to have your proper meal, you will actually eat lesser. For now, start eating small portions frequently and if you still can’t get a grip on yourself, then it is better to seek medical advise.
