According to CBS, a 26-year-old man, James Hackett was arguing with his at a McDonalds somewhere in Massachusetts (USA). While the argument happened, James’ step daughter tried to get in between them to stop the argument, Jame allegedly threw hot fries in her face.
Though his step daughter was not seriously injured, James was arrested and pleaded not guilty and charged for assault with a dangerous weapon : French Fries.
(James Hackett will be back in court in August to determine whether he will be charged or not)
