As part of its 28th-anniversary celebration, CARiNG Pharmacy thanked its loyal customers by launching a brand-new three-tier member privilege scheme through its CARiNG loyalty membership programme. This grand launch took place at their CARiNG Carnival located at Centre Court, Level 2, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, from 6-10 October 2022.

In keeping with its goal of improving Malaysians’ wellbeing, CARiNG Pharmacy has implemented a digital transformation by redesigning its mobile application to help users track their health records, get health advice, and be rewarded with up to 10x loyalty rewards!
CARiNG, which has the largest membership base of any pharmacy chain in Malaysia with over 1.3 million members, has decided to upgrade its mobile application so that it can offer greater benefits to its clients. The updated CARiNG membership is open to everyone and includes three reward tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum, where members can unlock more privileges as they advance in tiers.
Caring members can now collect and redeem points, enjoy birthday rewards, access exclusive promotions and discounts, and track their health and transaction records with the most “Caring” app!
CARiNG Carnival
In celebration of this joyous occasion, the CARiNG Carnival hosted a multitude of complimentary activities such as Zumba Sessions, an Interactive Sports Simulator, Xbox Kinect Games, and family-friendly activities. In addition, they will also be featuring promotional booths from well-known brands including Brand’s, Ensure, Hada Labo, Iconic Medicare, Medicos, Redoxon, Scott’s, Suu Balm, and Tresor. Shoppers were awarded Caring points when they registered as a member, shopped at the booths, and participated in the activities, plus were able to redeem these points for compelling gifts instantly at the event.
As part of its responsibilities as a local pharmacy chain, CARiNG Pharmacy decided to inform and motivate the community to take charge of their health. In an effort to better connect with the community, they provided free health screenings at the event, including blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol testing, and more, all performed by their very own CARiNG pharmacists.

Since January 2022, we managed to recruit another 300,000 members, adding to the total of 1.3 million members, which goes to show that the people really do appreciate the benefits we offer. We aim to acquire a total of 2.5 million members by the end of 2023.”
