Our country’s 65th Independence Day is around the corner, and Malaysians should celebrate the occasion. And what better way than by indulging in delectable dishes with loved ones? Luckily for you, we know just the place!
One of Bangsar’s most popular gastronomic hangouts is Knowhere Bangsar, which is renowned for its extensive menu and inventive cocktail creations. In conjunction with Merdeka, Knowhere Bangsar is presenting “Mewah Tanah Airku” – an a la carte menu featuring two new, unique versions of the classic surf and turf, infused with Malaysian flavours, which are G-lamb-orous Lobster – a whopping 1.3kg of grilled braised lamb ribs, served alongside premium slipper lobster thermidor, and classically Malaysian nasi lemak wrapped in a banana leaf; as well as Prawn To Be LegenDairy – a grilled rump beef steak and percik-licious prawns, served with fried nasi lemak goreng, savoury percik sauce and sambals.
The menu honours the development our country has undergone, as well as the various backgrounds of the people who worked to ensure this development. Hence, the theme “Mewah Tanah Airku” and the surf and turf dishes.
Experience a luxurious spread of meats from both land and sea this Merdeka. Each a la-carte dish has enhanced versions of traditional Malaysian flavours to provide you a genuinely exceptional and premium dining experience.
