To have fuller and luscious-looking lips is all we want, ultimately. Lip filler injections have sky-rocketed since 2017 and their popularity continues to grow. Celebrities, influencers and artist are all rocking plump lips and, it’s safe to say that we’re all itching to book one of those filler appointments one day.
But, what if I told you that you won’t have to stick a needle in your face to achieve it AND, what if I told you that you would only need a lip liner and a liquid lipstick to get the lips that you desire?

Korean-American rapstar, Jessi (a.k.a Jessica Ho), recently made an appearance in a 1stLook Youtube video of “What’s In Her Bag?” to show exactly… what’s in her bag. Ridding herself of her previous maximalist look, she opted for a quaint Valentino bag to fill all her essentials.
Among the items that she brings with her everywhere are her favorite lip liner from MAC and a liquid lipstick from NARS.
“The main item of my makeup routine is the lip liner. I love ‘NARS‘ and ‘MAC‘ products.”
Jessi then proceeded to show in the video how she overlines her outer lip with the lip liner.
“I do my over-line really big. I over-line until my lips are like three times bigger than they actually are.”
She continued with addressing rumors of her having lip fillers, and how people tend to exaggerate the size of her lips.
“The thing that people misunderstand is that they think I got lip fillers a lot. Even I can’t remember clearly, but I did get lip fillers like 3 or 4 years ago. So I think there is some leftover in my lips, but they almost disappeared!”
She further stated that her lips are normal-sized once she removes her makeup. However, she loves to make her lips appear bigger by using a lip liner. In all honesty, it’s literally the only trick that you need instead of spending thousands of moolas (which you can still opt for, if you wish).
Her favorite shade to wear on days which Jessi doesn’t wear makeup is red. But, and I think we can all relate to this, if she chooses to wear red: “It stains my mask and gets everywhere. But I don’t mind since I can just wipe it off.”
