Pavo Communications, the mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that runs speakOUT has unveiled its new telco service named Mcalls, which include Y33 prepaid plan and MMspot mobile app.
Like speakOUT, Mcalls leverages on Digi’s 4G network to provide its data services, but apart from just being a MVNO, Mcalls aims to be a rewards and digital wallet platform for the consumer, which makes the service different from the rest of the players.
Introducing the Y33 Plan, this new prepaid service offers 5GB of 4G LTE data, free 33 minutes of nationwide calls and 33 local SMS for only RM30 per month. It will have a 1-year validity upon activation, and once the monthly package expires, customers will need to pay for calls and SMS on a pay as you use basis.
The telco’s exclusive M-Airtime loyalty points will be given to customers whenever they top up their accounts, and it can be used to redeem rewards and savings for services and shopping through the MMspot Android or iOS app. Currently, there are more than 1,200 business partners already involved with the program.
On top of that, Pavo Communications has also opened a flagship store in Sunway Pyramid that focuses on delivering digital lifestyle experience to consumers everywhere, serving as the customer service center and retail store for the company.
