Nike has launched a new yoga content in its Nike+ Training Club (NTC) App, featuring a variety of workout focus areas, lengths and poses. From beginner yogis looking to improve their practice to those who are more advanced, there is something for everyone.
Just like your favorite instructor, NTC Yoga leads you through your practice from 15 to 45 minutes long, offering guidance and instruction along the way. And what’s even better – it’s free!
With the NTC app, you can pick the exact yoga flow that works best for you and practice for as long as you want, anywhere and anytime you choose.
The sessions fall into one of three catergories: endurance (flows that help you build stamina); strength (typically involving flows that hold poses longer to increase muscle strength); and mobility (restorative sessions that aim to release tension and help you recharge mentally).
Four new yoga workouts will be available on NTC June 28, with another 10 rolling out between July and September.
