Jennifer Lawrence Revealed Her Diet And We’re Loving It

Time to hit the nearest burger joint because Jennifer Lawrence revealed that her ‘diet’ includes some of her favorite food like pizza, burgers and fries with help from her personal trainer, Dalton Wong to maintain her toned physique.

“I could never live on a diet. Dalton taught me how to eat, move and live a delicious but healthy life,” Jennifer wrote in Dalton’s new book The Feelgood Plan. “I will always thank him for that.” J.Law also confessed that she and Dalton would often go out to get burgers and fries post-training sessions at his London-based gym.

The actress worked with Dalton for three months, 10-12 hours a day that consists of weight lifting, resistance training, cardio and all of that high-intensity stuff during early mornings and continue with yoga in the evening.

“There is a time and a place for high intensity, there is a time and a place for stretching,” he said. “I couldn’t exhaust Jennifer so much that she felt so sore at work the next day, my job was to make her feel better, fitter, and stronger, so that she could work better.” said Dalton.

Super jealous of J.Law right now. Just where can we find a trainer like this??
