If your New Year’s resolutions include getting fit, then you should definitely catch the new season of Fit For Fashion (F4F), premiering on Star World at 8pm, 7 January 2016. This first-of-its-kind reality TV show, which aims to motivate viewers to start their own transformational journeys, will feature even tougher challenges and more exciting drama.
Over the course of 10 weeks, 14 individuals who’ve been plucked from all walks of life, seek to redefine their bodies, self-image and confidence with the help of fashion experts’ Louise Roe and Todd Anthony Tyler, and trainers Mitch Chilson and Christine Bullock. This emotionally engaging season also features three Malaysian contestants: Deena Marzuki, Attila CK, as well as Chinese-Malaysian Australian Marlon Dance-Hooi.
In Season 2, Fit For Fashion has incorporated innovative fitness tools by Fitness First to help out the contestants, namely CustomFit 3.0 and a 10-Week Get Fit Programme. Not only are the Fit For Fashion contestants able to utilise these tools for their training, Malaysian fans will also be able to access these tools and start their own transformations.
Fitness First once again partnered with Imagine Group, an international TV production powerhouse, to create Fit For Fashion. This season, Fit For Fashion also welcomes yet another key sponsor, ZALORA, Asia’s online fashion destination, to up the fashion game for Season 2.
Throughout every episode, contestants will be facing a number of fashion and fitness challenges until one last person, who’s ultimately listened and changed the most, will be named champion. In addition to Deena, Attila and Marlon, there are other 11 contestants from countries like Thailand, Australia, USA, Philippines, and Singapore.
Mirroring Fit for Fashion, Fitness First Malaysia is also activating their own competition called the 10-Week Challenge, which will see 24 contestants and 12 personal trainers in total (two contestants and a trainer from each Fitness First gym) competing for star prizes from Fitness First and partners including ZALORA Malaysia, Purely B, Clinique, Uber, Goodday, Happy Fresh, Signature Snacks and Mongoose Publishing’s Men’s Health and Women’s Health.
On top of that, Fitness First Malaysia would like to introduce BioScore – a bespoke health and fitness assessment which determines your biological ‘fitness’ age compared to your real age. With BioScore, you’ll be able to obtain a more holistic picture of your health by going through a thorough and specially designed health test, fitness test and lifestyle test.
