Perfume House Diptyque has teamed up with Julien Colombier, a painter, to bring 3 new limited edition holiday candles for their Winter 2015 collection. The candles each carry a woody scent to evoke images of nature and memories.
The first of the three scents offered is Sapin which intends to take you back to the memories of being a child during winter at christmas. The fragrance includes woody notes with a hint of mandarin to add a citrus scent.
The next scent is Liquidambar takes inspiration from the redness in this large autumnal tree. The candle is spiced up with nutmeg and cinnamon with an addition of brown sugar to provide sweetness and warmth.
The last scent in the range is Oliban which adds fresh notes and balmy tones to the woody accents to bring a sweet oriental incense scent.
This holiday collection will be available at Diptyque stores from November onwards. Candles come in two sizes; 6.5oz and 2.4oz.
