Calling all Gen Z’ers. Traveloka wants you!
In conjunction with the latest “Travel your way with Traveloka” campaign – and in collaboration with influencers such as @elishiaabegail, @kakakqin and @ewanfauzi – Traveloka wants to take youths to any location in Malaysia that is featured in its travel superapp.
Interested? All you have to do is follow @travelokamy on Instagram or TikTok, and shout out “Traveloka take me to…” between now and mid-September, and include the hashtag #TravelokaTakeMeAway.
The top 10 most intriguing videos posted – and which adhere to Traveloka’s rules – will be declared the winners. A 2 Day/1 Night staycation and a Traveloka Xperience certificate are the prizes.
In addition to #TravelokaTakeMeAway, the travel superapp is also looking to award Gen Z’ers with tech gadgets such as an Apple Watch, Apple Airpods and a Huawei Nova 9 through the #MyGangIsBetterThanUrs contest. In order to challenge students, Traveloka is visiting six universities in the Klang Valley: Taylor’s University, Universiti Malaya, Segi Kota Damansara, Segi Subang Brickfields Asia College and Help University.
All the student participants need to do is look out for Traveloka’s adwalker, scan and create a 15 to 60-second video (in vertical format) on why they think their “gang” or friends are cooler than anyone else’s. The videos must be posted as Instagram Stories and @travelokamy must be tagged. Participants with the most unique videos, which comply with contest rules, will be selected as winners.
