Having cellulite is not harmful, it’s purely cosmetic. Cellulite is formed when fatty tissue pushes through the fibrous bands, called septae, that connect skin to muscle. These bands pull down and rope the skin, and that’s what leads to the dimpled appearance of cellulite. Although many find it as an imperfection on your skin, having cellulite is absolutely normal and it affects almost 80% of the women (and some men).

If you are bothered by the look and feel of having cellulites, there are ways to reduce the appearance of it. Follow these steps and you will feel the difference.

Consume plenty of antioxidants

Incorporate plenty of fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants. This is important to defend your body from free radicals, which damages skin cells. Cellulite is more likely to show up on damaged cells.

Drink green tea

Green tea is not only a powerful drink rich in antioxidants, but great metabolism booster, which can help you to lose weight. When you lose weight, the appearance of cellulite automatically reduces.

Exercise regularly

Make time to sweat it out. Exercising regularly regulates circulation and helps to burn out your body’s stored fats. Exercising tones your muscles, which can make cellulite less obvious.

Dry brushing

This is the simplest and easiest way to reduce cellulite. Common practice dry brushing your skin done before hitting the shower. This technique helps to break down the toxic material that cellulite is made of. It also tightens the skin which eliminates cellulite appearance.

Get rid of toxins

Drinking plenty of water hydrates your cells and makes then refreshed. Toxins accumulated in your body can contribute to cellulite formation. Consuming 8-10 glasses of water daily helps to flush out toxins that are already in your body.
