Penis Museum Looks For the ‘Final Member’ But Competition is Stiff

Reykjavik in Iceland is conveniently located on the fringe of the Arctic Circle and the quaint little town has a lot to offer – breathtaking views of nature and wildlife, as well as penises.

That’s right. Make your way over to Sigurður “Siggi” Hjartarson’s Phallological Museum for some good fun as the first penis museum houses more than 280 weiners from 93 species of animals.

But there is one specimen missing and it’s the good old human penis.

Following this, an upcoming documentary titled The Final Member is set to be released.

Jonah Bekhor and Zach Math’s documentary follows one Icelandic man, Pall Arason, and a patriotic American, Tom Mitchell, as they vie for the coveted spot in the museum.

Both the gentlemen long for glory and fame, but the competition is stiff.

Arason has pledged to donate his 5-incher after he dies. However, Mitchell is dead-set on Arason to the finish line by donating his 7-inch manhood which he calls “Elmo” and is tattooed with stars and stripes before he dies.

Though Siggi prefers to give the spot to a fellow countryman, Mitchell is shooting for the top position.

“Id like to know the largest and best one came from the States… I’ve always had a dream of fame and fortune for Elmo,” Mitchell says in the video.

To donate, Siggi has two requirements. “The first is a legal document (letter of donation) signed by three witnesses, and the second is proof that the penis is a “legal length” of at least 5 inches,” reports The Daily Beast.

They note that “Siggi based the minimum requirement on an old Icelandic folk tale called ‘A Legal Length,’ whereby a woman requested a divorce from her husband on the grounds that his penis was not 5 inches in length, but only three.”

Though Siggi once donated the organ of a 95-year-old local man, the preservation process was unsuccessful. “I should have put him in vinegar, perhaps a wee bit of salt. So I could have formed him better,” Hjartarson said.

Hence, the competition goes on. Watch out for the documentary that’s slated to hit theatres in spring this year.

In the meantime, watch the trailer here:
