Yes, you read the title right! As ridiculous as it sounds, a woman and cat live in Lafia, Nigeria, but no longer under the same roof.
The Nigerian woman has disowned her 7-year-old cat because she believes he’s gay. According to reports, the owner dumped her furry friend after seeing it repeatedly trying to have sex with other male felines.
The woman said she became worried when it seemed that her pet “was only attracted to other male cats in the house even though there are other female ones.”
Believing that his ways were “a contradiction of the laws of nature,” she has now banned him from her home.
We don’t know what it is with this cat but the woman’s neighbours, also agreeing with the woman, said that the cat “had a history of acting gay”.
“Anybody interested in this gay cat can have it because I have no further use of it,” the woman added.
No one has come forward to look after the cat, whose future currently remains unclear.
This is hilarious! But, we feel sorry for the poor gay cat that’s being judged and wasn’t allowed the freedom of same-sex attraction. We can only imagine how disappointed he must feel with the human kind.
