A wide variety of local desserts at the Gempita Citarasa dinner buffet

A truly festive experience best describes the atmosphere at the Kitchen Art Brasserie, located on on Level 2 of Empire Hotel Subang during this time of the year. With Gempita Citarasa as the theme for the dinner buffet, guests will be able to savour popular Malay cuisine from all over Malaysia and be entertained by a Live Ghazal band every night.

A must try at the dinner buffet is the Sup Gearbox, a signature favourite that was a hit last year. The bone is braised for almost eight hours with herbs and spices to enhance the flavours. Other recommended dishes include the Coriander Chicken with three special sauces, Sambal Udang Petai, Roasted Lamb and Satay. Apart from local cuisine, there is also Chicken Shawarma and Paella for this year’s spread.

Apart from the buffet promotion during the fasting month, Empire Hotel Subang will also be having a Father’s Day dinner buffet special themed Makan Bersama Abah on 21st June where fathers eat for free with every three paying adults.

The Gempita Citarasa dinner buffet is available from 17th June – 16th July 2015 and it is priced at RM128 nett per adult and RM98 nett for children or senior citizens. For reservations and enquiries, kindly call 03-5565 1228 or visit www.empirehotel.com.my.
