Recently launched in Malaysia back in January, Hong Kong’s top purveyors of wonton noodles Mak’s Chee brought the best of Hong Kong’s food scene to Malaysia with a mission to influence local tastemakers. Last Wednesday, the renowned brand unveiled some new tasty offerings for the New Year, which include the limited edition drink Champion Milk Tea as well as the specially curated Cheesy Wonton.

Champion Milk Tea

Showcasing a detailed hunky male figure as the bottle packaging, this drink sure turns heads. The unique taste of Mak Chee’s Champion Milk Tea can only be achieved using the KamCha technique – a set of tea brewing skills which is customary in any Hong Kong style milk tea international brewing competitions.

Made exclusively with Sri Lankan Ceylon Tea, the limited edition drink is infused with Broken Orange Pekoe (BOP), Broken Orange Pekoe Fannings (BOPF) and DUST, making the tea well-balanced, aromatic and smooth. Trust us, you’ll want more as one bottle just wont cut it. The limited edition Champion Milk Tea will only be produced once, so don’t miss out.

Cheesy Wonton

The newly added Cheesy Wonton is the upgraded version of Mak’s Chee signature best-selling Deep Fried Sea Prawn Wonton. Curated specially for cheese lovers, the brand aims to cater to an international crowd whilst still preserving the best taste of Hong Kong.

Immerse your taste buds into the sinfully delicious crispy wonton, which comprises fresh prawn as well as mozzarella and cheddar cheese that melts in the mouth. Do not underestimate the plain-looking dish. When it reaches the table, let’s just say it won’t last very long.

Be the first to try these newly added offerings at Mak’s Chee 1 Utama from 5th December 2016 – 28th February 2017. Happy New Year!
