The next nine months of your life will be bittersweet. It’ll be memorable with such beautiful memories, and although it can be a rather hectic few days, it doesn’t have to mean that you have to look like you just got off a roller coaster. Look good during your pregnancy with these few tips.

1. Get in the Water

Swimming is a great way to stay in shape during pregnancy because you won’t be adding tension or pressure to your belly during a workout. Some mild water aerobics and a few laps would be perfect to help you get in shape. So head out to that store, get yourself a maternity swimsuit that will fit throughout your pregnancy, grab your man and head out to the pool or go to the beach for a swim!

2. Cradle Your Bump

Improve your posture with belly support belt that gives you great lower back and belly support which helps eliminate the chance of backaches during pregnancy. A belly support belt is also said to reduce the risk of developing stretch marks and can also improve the circulation of blood in your pelvic area, preventing pre-term contractions and reduces pressure on the bladder – That means you don’t have to run to the ladies room every five minutes!

3. Dress Up

Pregnancy doesn’t mean that you have stick to baggy clothes all the way. Get a little stylish by pairing simple t-shirts with a sharp little blazer that looks effortless chic. If you like wearing dresses, opt for dresses with A-line cut skirts that will flatter most figures while giving you comfort and style.  Take cue from celebrities with Stylish Hollywood Bumps.

4. Get Buttery

During your pregnancy, your expanding belly will end up with numerous red ripples of stretch marks. Keep your belly moisturized to prevent stretch marks with lotion or moisturizer that contains cocoa butter and vitamin E, which is said to keep your the deep layers of skin moisturized. Slather on some cocoa butter on your belly every hour or so and massage it in.

5. Eat Right

Don’t forget that you’ll need to get as much vitamins and minerals during pregnancy, so have lots of fruits and vegetables during your term. Opt for lean meats and keep away from coffee and other caffeinated products as stimulants will affect your sleep and rest. Foods to Avoid During Your Pregnancy.
