Hone Your Culinary Expertise In Italian Classics With Chef Domenico At Le Meridien KL

Pasta is easily one of the best and most satisfying comfort foods out there, but let’s face it – we always reach for the dried, store-bought kind when cooking pasta at home, which is probably an abomination to most – if not all – Italians. But, what if you had the chance to learn how to make your own fresh pasta from an authentic Italian?

You can now do so with Milan-born Chef Domenico Piras of award-winning Italian restaurant Favola, Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur, who boasts over 30 years of culinary experience. Hosted every Saturday from 10am to 12.30pm, the interactive sessions will learn the art of cooking Italian pastas and risottos, and needless to say, will end with a delicious meal.

Those interested can opt for the Artisan Pasta or Artisan Risotto Class, or both. Expect to learn about classic dishes such as Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli in Tomato Sauce, Potato Gnocchi in Cheese Sauce, and Herbs Tagliatelle, or Creamy Carnaroli Rice with Seared Scallops and Capsicum Cream, Arancini di Riso and Porcini Mushroom Risotto.
