No Time to Hit the Gym? Try This Workout!

Pressed for time? Looking for an easy way to keep fit? Here’s a workout that’s quick and easy, and it doesn’t require weights or a gym membership. All you need to know is your numbers and some space to jump around and you’re all set. Seriously, this is a workout that will save you time AND give you some pretty good results. Tried and tested, it will not fail you – provided you push through the entire routine.

The 100-workout goes a little like this:


We would suggest that you wear sneakers/trainers while doing these workouts so that you don’t hurt your feet.

Stick to a healthy diet, do this workout every day and within two weeks, you will see the difference. So now you don’t have to worry about wasting time – this entire workout will only take about 15 minutes depending on your speed and strength.
