Fitness First Malaysia has reinforced its mission as the country’s largest fitness club brand by opening its 13th club here in Paradigm Mall, Kelana Jaya. The club is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art facilities including a Group Exercise studio that encompasses Group Suspension Training and Hot Yoga, a dedicated e-spinner area and a first cutting-edge, dedicated Freestyle Training zone in Malaysia.
According to Kurt Stocks, Managing Director, Fitness First Malaysia, “Exercising is no longer just about losing weight, but is about changing one’s lifestyle regardless of age and background. It does not matter if you are an athlete, retiree, student, homemaker or someone who works a 9am-to-5pm desk job: at the end of the day, your fitness and health is just as important as everyone else’s”.

Fitness First Paradigm Mall club is located at Lot GB 03, Level G, Boulevard, Paradigm Mall. The club is open to members from Mondays – Fridays from 6.30am – 11.00pm, 7.00am – 9.00pm on weekends and 9.00am – 8.00pm on public holidays.
