Water is an extremely important component that makes up the human body and its functionality. 70% of our body comprises of water and we cannot survive more than three days without it. Besides banishing bloating and regulating our body weight, drinking water increases our metabolism and regulates appetite.

Now that you know the importance of drinking enough water, here are some tips you can note down, thanks to Spritzer:

  • To control your appetite, drink water before every snack and meal
