At about 11am today, a water pipe burst and flooded the road along Persiaran Surian, near The Curve and IKEA shopping mall at Mutiara Damansara.
The flood has wrecked havoc with very heavy traffic and cars were backed up bumper to bumper. A Syabas spokesperson said that the accident was due to construction works on the MRT line along Mutiara Damansara.
The spokesperson also said that their personnel were working to bring the situation under control. Hence, road users nearby are urged to be patient or to use alternative routes to head to your destinations.
