Don’t Drink Apple Cider Vinegar Straight, Use It As Salad Dressing Instead

Apple cider vinegar is great. It can solve basically any skin-related problems including your beauty woes, as well as scabies, dandruff and unsightly bruises in a short amount of time. (Some even claim a shot of the stuff every morning can help aide with weight loss!)

One way to reap the benefits of this magic liquid is to drink it, but we all know that doing so can actually do more harm than good.

Spruce up your diet

Let’s be honest: apple cider vinegar smells nasty and taste even worse. Because of that, many people choose to get it over with by taking a shot of the liquid quickly to get the taste out of their mouth. However, as apple cider vinegar is highly acidic, over time, it can damage your tooth enamel and other gastrointestinal symptoms.

So use common sense — Incorporate it in your salad instead! That way, when the apple cider vinegar are mixed with various fruits and vegetables, its tangy flavour can amp up your salads, making them more fun to eat. You’ll spare yourself the extra fat, sodium, and sugar.

Why we love it

Aside from its ability to lower cholesterol and stop fatty plaques from building up in the arteries, apple cider vinegar can also help you lose weight by increasing satiety, stopping you from over-eating later on.

There isn’t one right way to make apple cider vinegar salad dressing. You can adjust the ingredients to create unique options. It’s also possible to skip certain ingredients if you’re under a specific diet. All you have to do is — Combine the ingredients, mix well, and serve.
