With the Covid-19 pandemic hitting everyone badly, it’s almost impossible to eliminate stress from our daily life. Employment and financial crisis have been massively impacted, leaving many to undergo immense stress. Companies are struggling to keep afloat, employees are on the edge of their career, and others are simply trying to make ends meet for their loved ones. While the crisis snowballs, mental and physical health is being pushed to the limit where one might face burnout. Working from home has affected many companies which has left many employees submitting to burnout due to amplified work pressure. Be careful if you have any of these mental and physical symptoms.
