British teen Lucy Edwards is a rising beauty star on YouTube and a soon-to-be law student, but she’s also blind. At the age of 11, she started going blind and at the age of 17, she lost all her sight. However, being blind didn’t stop her from being extremely talented in applying her own makeup.
Her sister, Alice, helped her for a year to create a beauty routine she felt comfortable doing on her own, and she has even shared it on YouTube to help other blind beauty junkies with makeup application.
Some of us will never be able to master liquid eyeliner without a mirror, but Lucy does it wonderfully even without vision. She explains her techniques, but above all, she says that being confident is key.
