Ippudo Malaysia launched its new 2015 Grand Menu at its Pavilion KL outlet recently and the new culinary creations will be offered at the Pavilion KL and The Gardens Mall outlets beginning 1 April 2015. Carefully crafted to cater to the palates of loyal fans and local foodies, Ippudo aims to serve tasty selections brimming with classic flavours and a hint of modern finesse.
Ippudo Malaysia refreshes its menu annually to continuously innovate, and this time, the menu offers a taste of today’s modern Japan. The restaurant will be introducing two new ramens – Shoyu Ramen and the Kakuni Ramen, which is a signature dish featuring tender pork cubes simmered in Ippudo’s special soy sauce.
Twelve other new main dishes include the Salmon Salad, Spicy Boiled Gyoza, Lasagne Gyoza, Sweet Corn Tempura, Dashimaki Egg Roll, Mushroom Teppan, Pork Grill, Ika No Isobe Age (deep fried squid tentacles with seaweed powder), Teppan Rice with Beef, Teppan Garlic Rice with Chicken, Grilled Eel Roll with Teriyaki Sauce, and Seared Salmon Roll with Mentaiko.
For those with a sweet tooth, try the new Panna Cotta with Soybean Flour, Matcha Parfait, Itachoco Monaka (crunchy chocolate sandwiched between soft vanilla ice cream and wafer), Daifuku (Japanese mochi filled with ice cream served with strawberry and lemon slices), Japanese Bit Sized Ice Cream, Taiyaki Ice and Cheese Stick.
