This eager lady named Courtney took matters into her own hands to find love this New Year and started a Twitter campaign with a description of him and a plea for anyone with information to come forward.
She took to Twitter to promote her campaign with the hashtag #FindBen, after she met him in a bar. The brunette chickened out of exchanging numbers and regretted it the next day so she decided to look for him.
The desperate woman covered Old Town Alexandria in North Virginia, U.S, with flyers which stated: “Ben (from the Light Horse). I made the wrong choice on Dec. 23rd. Call me! Courtney.”
Courtney plastered at least 70 signs on lamp posts and in shop windows, coupled with her Twitter account @OldTowbCourtney and the hashtag #FindBen.
She told Fox5 that they had spoken about everything from culture to religion and added, “It was an extensive conversation in the middle of a DJ playing, a hundred people dancing all around us.”
Then, on January 2nd, she tweeted: “I found Ben! To respect Ben’s privacy, I won’t be taking any more interviews. Thank you everyone for the support in my quest to #FindBen !!!”
She has since shut the Twitter account down.
Don’t you think that this is sweet?
