CEDAR ON 15 is serving up a romantic menu this Valentine’s Day – that was put togehter by Executive Chef Helmut Lamberger. The menu includes specials for both the him and her. The menu looks a little like this – it’s already appealing from just the starters:
- Starters for him: Poached Oyster, Truffle Scramble Eggs, and Oscietra Caviar
- Starters for her: Pan sear Jumbo Sea Scallop, Vanilla Orange Reduction and Parmesan Chip
- Main course: Pan seared Salmon, Crispy Saffron Risotto Rice Cake with Lobster Bisque and/or Oven roasted Lamb Rack, Crispy Goat Cheese Spinach
- Timbale and Tomato Confit
- Dessert: Strawberry Champagne Aspic, Baked Balsamic Strawberry Tart, Homemade Strawberry Ice-Cream, Strawberry Short Cake
Along with these meals you will be served with a variety of elegant and tasteful drinks which include, Moet & Chandon Vintage Rose, Moet Chandon Rose, Moet & Chandon Vintage Blanc to go along with the food.
